Ingredients
- Coffee beans – 100% Arabica
- 30ml – chilled liquid cream
- 20ml – gingerbread syrup
- 40ml – dark rum
- cinnamon powder – to garnish
Method
Step 1
First, place the glass under the spout and prepare an ‘Espresso’.
Step 2
Then, pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
Step 3
Shake well and strain into a Martini glass.
Step 4
Finally, garnish with cinnamon powder.
